Methodology

The NEXVORO methodology keeps original facts separate from editorial presentation. We preserve record provenance, normalize only where explicit rules are supported and do not merge entities across registries merely because their names look alike.

1. Selecting and Accessing Data Sources

We prioritize official and primary datasets such as regulatory registers, financial-industry directories and published financial-data interfaces. For each integration, we assess the format, coverage boundaries, record identifiers and available information about updates.

Public API documentation does not necessarily mean product listings can be accessed anonymously. If a provider requires credentials, consent or an agreement, we do not replace inaccessible official data with guesses or third-party lists presented as an official feed.

2. Keeping Original Facts Separate

Our Data Core holds source entities and their relationships separately from website presentation. Organization names, registration numbers, source identifiers, interest rates, amounts, currencies and dates belong to the factual layer. Multilingual headings, explanatory copy and readable page URLs belong to separate presentation tables.

A translation must not change a financial product's characteristics or create a new underlying product. A value omitted by a source should not be silently turned into zero or an assumed estimate.

3. Identities and Relationships

Imported records use source-specific identifiers and documented identity rules. Two similarly named organizations in different registers are not automatically treated as one legal entity. Identifiers such as registration numbers or LEIs are evaluated within verified rules rather than used as unrestricted cross-register merge keys.

Products are associated with their owning organization when this relationship is provided by a source or can be resolved unambiguously under documented import rules. If ownership or country cannot be established reliably, a fictional relationship must not be added just to fill a directory field.

4. Normalizing Values

Source classifications are mapped into structured categories where a clear correspondence exists. This supports filters by country, organization type, product type and other available attributes. Normalization does not imply that regulatory statuses, product definitions or legal categories in different countries are interchangeable.

  • Text and technical formats are organized consistently while original source values remain separately preserved.
  • Currency, rates, terms and amount ranges are shown only when they have actually been supplied by a source.
  • A registry's update date must not automatically be replaced with the date NEXVORO last retrieved its data.
  • Ambiguous identifiers and missing fields require explicit handling rather than automatic guesswork.

5. Quality Checks and Repeatability

Import procedures are checked for identifier consistency, expected coverage, unintended duplication and valid relationships. Repeat runs should distinguish new entries, updated entries and entries already encountered. Hashes and independent audits help detect unexpected changes, including during localization.

A successful technical audit does not prove that a source is economically reliable or that an offer remains available in real time. It shows that processing followed the intended controls.

6. Languages and Website Visibility

Each active website language has its own presentation layer for names, explanatory text and pages. Factual details continue to come from the Data Core. An imported record is not necessarily ready for display in every language: translation readiness and publication visibility are managed separately.

This distinction matters for knowledge articles, legal information and financial tools as well as ordinary catalog entries. A translated page can be held for review without changing its underlying data record.

7. Understanding Values and Comparisons

Rates, fees, available amounts and lending terms may be calculated and published under different national rules. Even products in the same general category may not be comparable without considering country, currency, reference date, compulsory fees, payment schedules and customer-specific requirements. When necessary facts are missing, showing an incomplete record is preferable to implying precise comparability.

NEXVORO calculators use visitor-provided inputs and common mathematical models. Their output is not a lender quotation, product offer or guarantee of approval. Explore the assumptions in our Financial Tools.

8. Limitations and Corrections

Official sources may publish corrections with delays, change formats or restrict access to selected information. NEXVORO reflects available imported snapshots rather than continuous real-time monitoring of every institution. When a material discrepancy matters, consult the current original register or the provider's official terms.
