Sources

NEXVORO works with available official and primary financial datasets. Source links and technical metadata are retained where supported, helping visitors distinguish published register facts from explanations added by the website.

What Counts as a Data Source

NEXVORO uses published registers, directories of financial-market participants, open datasets and accessible interfaces provided by primary publishers. Understanding the scope of each particular dataset matters as much as knowing who published it: one register may list institutions, another may describe products, while a third may contain only API documentation.

An organization appearing in our directory therefore does not imply that the same publisher makes a complete public list of its products or provides current pricing information.

Examples of Official Datasets

Different Data Core integration stages have used the following sources. These examples are not an exhaustive or automatically synchronized list of all integrations:

  • Australia: Consumer Data Right (CDR), with information from available official participant and product datasets.
  • Brazil: Open Finance Brasil, including the Directory and published product information from participating institutions.
  • United States: Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), covering institutions within the corresponding official registry.
  • United Kingdom: Open Banking directories and available standardized product descriptions.
  • Hong Kong: Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA), with organizations listed in its official VPR register.
  • European Union: European Banking Authority (EBA), including the PSD2 Central Register and a distinction between canonical organizations and related entities.
  • European Union: European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), including published registers of authorized crypto-asset service providers under MiCA.

Each dataset has its own update frequency, terminology, available fields and access restrictions. A shared directory format cannot remove these differences.

How Sources Connect to Records

The Data Core stores source-specific records and connections to organizations and products. Where a publisher provides a code, registration number, change date or external identifier, this may be retained to support identity checks and traceability. The website shows only the fields and source links supported for the particular record.

A missing fact does not become verified simply because the website has a field in which it could appear.

Why Coverage Differs Across Countries

A regulatory institution register can contain thousands of organizations without publishing individual consumer products. Conversely, an open-banking product directory may expose many product records for a smaller set of participating providers. Some interfaces require registration, credentials or specific access agreements.

Counts on NEXVORO should therefore be understood as coverage of the currently published catalog and language-specific snapshot, not as a comprehensive census of any national financial market.

Dates, Refreshes and Changes

It is important to distinguish a record's effective date at the primary source, when NEXVORO retrieved the dataset, when a record was processed and when its website page was published. These timestamps describe different events and may not all be available. A recent import does not prove that a regulator updated the source on the same day.

When an institution changes its name, authorization, product description or terms, verify the current position through the primary publisher. NEXVORO does not guarantee real-time synchronization with every source.

How to Verify a Record

  • Open an organization or product page and inspect the displayed identifiers, publisher and available dates.
  • Follow an official source link, when provided, to locate the corresponding original record.
  • Compare jurisdiction, status, date and identifier rather than relying on a similar name alone.
  • Before making a financial decision, confirm the provider's current terms directly with that provider.

Start with Countries, Organizations or Products. Our Methodology explains the processing rules in more detail.
