1. Scope of this policy

NEXVORO is an information portal covering financial organizations, products, and data from official and primary sources. This policy explains how information is handled when visitors browse the website, search, use calculation tools, or submit inquiries. NEXVORO is the name of the service; it does not itself identify a registered company.

2. Information associated with visits

To operate and protect the website, the server and infrastructure providers may process IP addresses, request times, visited URLs, connection metadata, browser and device information, errors, and technical logs. Search queries are processed by the server to deliver results. Do not enter confidential information that is not needed for a search.

3. Contact form submissions

When contacting NEXVORO, visitors provide a name, subject, message, and at least one reply channel: email, WhatsApp, or Telegram. More than one channel may be provided. The form also records the sender's IP address, User-Agent, browser language preferences, and referring page URL without query parameters. The inquiry and technical context are stored in the site_messages database table so the request can be handled, delivery checked, and abuse prevented.

Do not submit passwords, payment card details, verification codes, or unnecessary sensitive information.

4. IP checks and abuse prevention

The contact form uses automated-request protection, field validation, CSRF tokens, and limits on repeated submissions. These controls use technical session identifiers and derived values associated with IP addresses. If the ipdata.co service is enabled for this website, the sender's IP address is submitted to that service when the contact form is used. Available results may include approximate location, network information, ASN, and indicators of VPN, proxy, or similar infrastructure. The response may be stored alongside the inquiry. IP-based geolocation is approximate and may be inaccurate.

5. Inquiry recipients and service providers

Inquiries are forwarded through the Telegram Bot API to administrators who are authorized to receive them. A notification may include the name, reply details, subject, message, IP address, and a brief technical summary. Telegram, ipdata.co (when enabled), and infrastructure providers may process information under their own practices, potentially in countries other than the visitor's.

6. Cookies and external resources

The contact form uses a technical session cookie named NXCONTACTSESSID for security controls. To display fonts, a visitor's browser may connect to Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), providing connection-related information to those services. Third-party websites linked from the catalog have their own privacy practices.

7. Catalogs and financial tools

Catalog information originates from official and primary sources. Certain records may contain information about identifiable people where it is present in a publicly available register. Financial tools provide illustrative calculations; avoid entering unnecessary personal information. If a catalog record appears inaccurate, contact NEXVORO and, where appropriate, the original source.

8. Purposes and retention

Information is used to provide website features, respond to inquiries, secure the service, diagnose errors, and prevent abuse. Inquiries are stored in the database, and copies may remain in the Telegram chats of authorized administrators. Retention depends on the need to address inquiries, related security matters, and applicable requirements. The website currently does not implement automatic deletion of inquiry records after a fixed period; requests to review or erase information can be made through the contact page.

9. Access and security

Access to inquiries and delivery settings is intended for authorized personnel. Technical safeguards are used, but information transmission and storage on the internet cannot be guaranteed to be entirely risk-free. Please avoid disclosing unnecessary personal or financial details.

10. Requests about your information

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, or further information about how your data is used. Send relevant requests via the contact page, which displays the currently available contact channels. Changes to information taken from official registers may also require contacting the original source.
