Small Business Loan

The Small Business Loan (SBL) is a fixed-rate, unsecured lending product available to eligible Business Banking customers. Customers can borrow between £1,000 and £100,000 over a term of up to 7 years. However, some sectors are excluding from borrowing greater than £50,000. NatWest and Royal Bank of Scotland customers can apply through the digital application journey available via the bank's website. Ulster Bank Northern Ireland (UBNI) customers can register their interest by completing the Expression of Interest (EOI) form available via the bank's website. Loans of up to £25,000 provided to Sole Traders and Simple Partnerships are regulated under the Consumer Credit Act (CCA). There are no arrangement fees or early repayment charges (ERC) applicable to this product. Capital Repayment Holidays (CRH) are not permitted. Interest rates are fixed and non-negotiable as Pricing is determined using the approved fixed pricing matrix.
